Carrier Information
- We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., Korea Post, DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier for your order depends on the product’s origin and your location.

Delays and Disruptions
- Freedom Circuit is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be extended due to such events.

Shipping Charges
- Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on promotions or order value, we may offer free shipping on select products or to certain regions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any applicable additional costs before placing an order.

Refusal to Pay Duties/Taxes
- If you refuse to pay any required duties, taxes, or fees, the package may be returned to our suppliers or destroyed. We will not refund any shipping costs and may deduct return or disposal fees from your refund, if applicable.
Order Tracking

Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number (if available) via email so you can follow your package’s progress.
- Please note: tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially for international shipments.

Missing or Lost Packages
- If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.
- Freedom Circuit is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier for more information or filing a claim.

Customer Responsibility
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other reasons beyond our control, it may be returned to the supplier or destroyed. Any associated fees will be deducted from your refund if a package is returned to us.
Cancellations & Changes

Order Changes
- Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify shipping information or cancel the order. If you need to update shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@freedomcircuit.io. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Requests
- Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once your items are en route, you must wait to receive the package and proceed with a return if eligible. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
