Return Policy

  1. Eligibility

    • We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged) and include any original packaging or tags.
    • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  2. Return Process

    • If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
    • After you contact us, we will provide a return authorization and the address for sending back your item(s).
  3. Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a valid tracking number.
  4. Restocking Fee

    • All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
    • The restocking fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking logistics.
  5. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.
